Real Estate India Home-Loan Interest Rates - Out of Reach for Middlemen

Middle-class earning members usually spends half of their life in locating homes, considering various factors like budget, security, location, cost of maintenance and other movement aspects. As it is equally true that middle-family invests more than half of their lifetime earnings in home due to their insufficient earnings.  People living in Delhi from years are still unable to invest on Properties in Delhi due to price and many intervention problems. Though government is making a suitable number of favors to these people by allotting number of schemes for Housing in Delhi from ages but certainly more than half of the population ratio residing in Delhi over more than 25-35 years are still unable to fetch out a single piece of land for themselves and their family members.

Considering the un-roofed ratio as 100%; maybe we can say that, out of this 50% of people did not even bothered to invest in land but what about rest 50%. If they were and are still interested to invest in Real Estate in Delhi then what is pulling them behind?

Possibly lack of awareness or unapproachable information from banks and from the housing allotters nevertheless to say but private real estate developers are energetic is sending alerts to public through media and by way of efficient publicity for new or for resell of old homes in Delhi or NCR.

Now for above reasons financial institutions can be triggered, as the offered rate and interest on price for home loan is becoming giant-month. Whenever an individual plans to invest in property by getting the property financed from banks then after a little pass of time they hear news on increase in the value of interest rate of home-loans duly forwarded by change in prices of property as well. So vicious circle never ends 'richer becomes richer and poorer remains poorer, always'. Government should interface in the system by making an efficient provision to circulate roofing to people by making a compulsory action for a single family for encouraging secure living.
